|Broccoli Rice Casserole|
- 1 cup long grain rice
- 2 cups water
- 1 (10 oz) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
- ½ stick butter or margarine
- 1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Add all the ingredients into a large casserole dish. Mix together. Cover and bake for an hour until all the water is absorbed, stirring half way through. Serve and enjoy!
