I usually don’t have my burgers with anything but a bit of salt and then I bbq them but tonight I mixed into 2 lbs. ground beef some salt, pepper, about a tablespoon of Worcestershire sauce and 1/4 cup of bbq sauce. BBQ Burger with Chipolte Mayonnaise
Serves 4
Ingredients
4 grilled or broiled hamburgers with buns
1/4 cup mayonaise
1 chipolte pepper in adobo sauce, minced and seeds removed (you can leave them in if you want but it will be real hot)
splash of lemon juice
