1-2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
2 cloves garlic, sliced
1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
1 large bunch broccoli rabe, chopped
Salt and pepper to taste
Heat oil and butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add garlic and cook 1 minute. Add broccoli rabe and Cook 3 to 5 minutes, or until wilted. Tossing with the garlic, butter and oil. Add the water and bring to a boil. When it boils, cover and lower the heat and cook for 10 minutes until it’s crisp tender Season, to taste, with salt and black pepper.
