I originally made this with chicken Indian Chicken Kebab Rolls on a Stick but I wanted to try it with beef. This recipe was delicious and I served with with Mint & Cilantro Chutney. They are best made on an outdoor BBQ but you could certainly make them on an indoor grill pan or even broil them in the oven.
